At Alchemy Beautiq, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. Because we partner with a select group of trusted suppliers who ship directly to you, our return policy reflects each supplier’s terms. Please review the information below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at alchemybeautiqueshop@gmail.com within the return window listed below.

  • Include your order number, product name, and the reason for return.

  • We will coordinate with the supplier and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Important: Do not send any items back until we confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing components are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Return Windows by Supplier

The Craft of Wondering (Fragrance Oils)

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery

  • Not eligible: Items that are used, worn, or personalized

Aquamarine Ismene (Irawo Tinted Moisturizer)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Must be unopened and in resale condition

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Lavender Bamboo (Alchemy Blush Veil – 3-in-1 Color Stick)

  • This item is final sale.

  • Due to the hygienic nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Lavender Aphrodite (Calithea Cleanser)

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery

  • Must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Not eligible: Used, worn, or personalized items

Tan Dionysus (RBA Gloss)

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery

  • Not eligible: Used, worn, personalized, or damaged items

Sky Blue Pontus (Paavani Ayurveda + Clarify Face Oil)

  • Return window: 30 days from date of purchase

  • Product must be returned with at least ¾ of contents remaining

  • Returns must be requested via: CustomerService@PaavaniAyurveda.com

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs

  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense unless it is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take up to 15 additional business days to post the refund
